What we do with your data when you visit this site, and what choice you have yourself.
Who we are
This site belongs to SUSU Poke (SUSU by Figaro), with kitchens in Utrecht and Eindhoven. Questions about your data go to info@susupoke.nl.
Ordering
You order on the order site of the location (utrecht.susupoke.nl and eindhoven.susupoke.nl), which runs on the Sitedish order system. What you fill in there, such as your name, address and order, goes to that order site and falls under the terms there. This site does not store any orders itself.
Requests and forms
If you request catering, or respond to a job, a partnership, the franchise or the shop, your own email app opens with a message to info@susupoke.nl, or WhatsApp if you choose that. This site does not store what you fill in. We only use what you send to handle your request, and keep it as long as that is needed and the law requires, for example for the accounts.
Cookies and statistics
Always: the site remembers the city you choose and your choice in the cookie notice in your own browser. That needs no cookies, and nothing is sent to us.
Without cookies: with Vercel Web Analytics we count how many people view which page and how many requests come in. For that we place nothing on your device, and we cannot recognise you with it.
Only if you click Accept: then we use Google Analytics. That shows us which pages are visited, which button takes you to an order site and how many requests come in through the site. Google Analytics places cookies for this (_ga), which stay for up to two years. We do not use this data for advertising. If you click Decline, we do not load Google Analytics.
You can change your choice at any time, at the bottom of every page or with the button below. If you withdraw your consent, the measuring stops straight away and we delete the Google Analytics cookies.
Who we share data with
- Vercel, which hosts the website and counts visits without cookies.
- Google, for Google Analytics, only if you choose that.
- Sitedish, for the order sites of the locations.
- Your own email or WhatsApp service, if you send a request.
Some of these parties also operate outside the European Union. They use arrangements that guarantee European protection, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
Links to other sites
The site has links to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and WhatsApp. If you click them, the privacy rules of those platforms apply. The films on this site come from our own server.
Your rights
You can ask us which data we have about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Email info@susupoke.nl for that. If you do not agree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
