Ordering and delivery
- Where can I order from SUSU?
- SUSU has two kitchens: Utrecht (Amsterdamsestraatweg 581, 3553 EH Utrecht) and Eindhoven (Generaal Dibbetslaan 86B, 5623 JR Eindhoven). You order directly on the order site of your city, such as utrecht.susupoke.nl.
- Is a SUSU Café coming?
- Yes, SUSU Café is opening soon in Utrecht. Until then you can order from the kitchen in Utrecht and Eindhoven. Follow SUSU on Instagram for the opening.
- Where does SUSU Utrecht deliver?
- SUSU Utrecht delivers to Utrecht, Maarssen and Vleuten.
- Where does SUSU Eindhoven deliver?
- SUSU Eindhoven delivers to Eindhoven, Waalre, Geldrop, Nuenen, Best, Oirschot and Son en Breugel.
- What are the opening hours of SUSU?
- That differs per city. Utrecht: Monday 16:30 to 21:00, Tuesday 16:30 to 22:00, Wednesday to Saturday 16:30 to 21:00, Sunday closed. Eindhoven: Monday 14:30 to 21:00, Tuesday 15:30 to 21:00, Wednesday and Thursday 14:30 to 21:00, Friday and Saturday 14:30 to 22:00, Sunday 15:30 to 21:00.
- Can I pick up my order at SUSU?
- Yes, in Utrecht and Eindhoven you choose pick-up when you order.
- Can I collect points for a discount at SUSU?
- Yes, if you order directly from SUSU in Utrecht and Eindhoven. In Utrecht you collect a point for every order, and with 10 points you get €5 off. In Eindhoven you collect a point for every 25 euros you spend, and with 5 points you get €10 off.
On the menu
- What does a poké bowl cost at SUSU?
- That differs per city: in Utrecht €14.95 to €18.95 and in Eindhoven €15.45 to €18.95. The full menu with prices is on the site for each city.
- Is SUSU halal?
- Yes. Everything at SUSU is 100% halal, in both kitchens: the bowls with chicken, beef and fish, the Asian kapsalon and the catering.
- What is an Asian kapsalon?
- An Asian kapsalon is a kapsalon with an Asian twist: a tray of fries with chicken teriyaki or crispy chicken, spicy mayo, teriyaki, sesame, fried onion, spring onion and furikake. At SUSU you order it in Utrecht (from €13.95) and Eindhoven (from €16.45).
- Does SUSU have vegetarian and vegan bowls?
- Yes. The veggie bowl with sweet potato is on the menu in both cities. The vegan chicken is on the menu in Utrecht and Eindhoven, and in Utrecht there is also an Asian kapsalon with vegan chicken.
- Can I build my own poké bowl at SUSU?
- Yes, in Utrecht (€16.50 or €18.50) and Eindhoven (€16.50 or €17.95). You do that on the order site of your city.
Catering
- What does poké bowl catering from SUSU cost per person?
- Catering from SUSU costs from €14.95 per person with the Basis package, from €15.95 with Populair and from €18.95 with Premium, the prices on the menu in Utrecht. From 25 people you get 10% off the whole order, and from 50 people 20%. For 25 people with Populair you pay from €358.88, with the discount. The exact price is in your quote.
- What is the minimum number of people for catering?
- Catering starts at 10 people. You decide how many bowls of each kind you want. For fewer people, simply order from the order site in your city.
- Which bowls are in the catering packages?
- Basis has crispy chicken, veggie and ebi tempura. Populair has salmon (spicy or regular), chicken (spicy or regular) and vegan chicken, plus everything in Basis. Premium has the Deluxe and the Dubai, plus everything in Basis and Populair.
- How far ahead should I order catering?
- At least one day ahead. For 50 people or more, preferably one to two weeks, so we can plan the kitchen and the delivery properly.
- Does SUSU deliver catering across the Netherlands?
- Yes. SUSU delivers catering across the Netherlands, including Rotterdam, The Hague and Eindhoven. Delivery is free in Utrecht and the surrounding area; for the rest of the Netherlands the delivery costs are in your quote, so you know beforehand what to expect.
- Can SUSU cook on location?
- Yes, from 50 people we also cook on location. Mention it in your request and we will include it in the quote.
- Is SUSU catering halal?
- Yes. Everything at SUSU is 100% halal: the bowls with chicken, beef and fish, the Asian kapsalon and the catering. Vegetarian is always possible, vegan on request.
- Is there vegetarian or vegan catering?
- Vegetarian is always possible, vegan on request. The Basis package includes the veggie bowl and Populair the vegan chicken. Let us know about allergies and dietary needs in good time and we will take them into account.
- How do I pay for the catering?
- Up to 25 people, you pay on the day. For larger events we ask for 50% of the amount upfront, two weeks ahead.
- How quickly will I hear back about my request?
- You get a reply within 24 hours, with a quote tailored to you.
- Can I request catering in English?
- Yes. You can send your request in English and we reply in English, within 24 hours. That goes for catering anywhere in the Netherlands.
- What occasions can I order SUSU catering for?
- For an office lunch, a meeting or team day, an event, and a party such as a birthday, baby shower or wedding. From 10 people, anywhere in the Netherlands.
About SUSU
- What is SUSU Poke?
- SUSU Poke (also SUSU by Figaro) makes poké bowls and Asian kapsalon, 100% halal, with two kitchens: Utrecht and Eindhoven. It started in 2020 in Utrecht. SUSU Café is opening soon in Utrecht. You order directly from the kitchen in your city, and for offices, events and parties there is catering from 10 people.
- Who is Figaro?
- Figaro is the SUSU bear: a plush toy that became a character, with gold glasses. Since 2020 he has been behind every bowl that leaves the kitchen.
- Can I start a SUSU in my own city?
- You can: SUSU works with franchising. Eindhoven is already run by an independent franchisee. On the franchise page you tell us which city you want to open in.
- Is SUSU hiring?
- Yes. SUSU Utrecht and SUSU Eindhoven are both looking for kitchen staff and delivery riders. You apply on the jobs page.
- How do I contact SUSU?
- Email info@susupoke.nl. For catering you can also use WhatsApp (06 22 99 74 61). For an order, call the kitchen in your city; the number is on the page of that city.
